This website is mainly for personal use but I thought I would take the time to make a record of all my ongoing projects, clubs, and classes. As a first generation student, I wasn’t aware of the career paths I could take that I would enjoy doing. Thanks to professors and colleagues I was able to somehow find myself in the right place at the right time, and now I am a Graduate student at UCI studying computational neuroscience! I was hoping to share my experiences with others to inform them of the different sub-groups of research within the neuroscience field, and hopefully one day inspire young Latinas to join this wonderful field! On top of this, I plan on sharing personal projects and goals outside of my research. (for myself haha) Enjoy everyone! (:
